We are supporting a bank to recruit a Legal Counsel position, to supports the organisation’s lending, trade finance, and commercial work by advising on transactions, drafting and negotiating documents, and managing legal risks. The role ensures compliant, efficient deal execution and provides accessible guidance to teams operating across different products and jurisdictions. The role is offered on an immediate-start contract basis, with a high potential for extension into a permanent role.
