International technology business looking for a Legal Counsel, initially on a six month basis. This is a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week required at the offices in Central London. You must be available to start immediately. The day-to-day remit will predominately focus on drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts relating to technology, advertising, digital, customer T&Cs, sales agreements and a wide range of other contracts. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to several upcoming key corporate deals that the business is involved with. The client believes that the role is best suited to a qualified lawyer in the 3-6 PQE range (but applications from all levels will be considered on merit). You will be able to demonstrate an extensive track record of successfully drafting & negotiating commercial contracts. Previous in-house experience is preferred but not essential. And in addition to UK qualified lawyers, applications from candidates admitted in other common law jurisdictions are also welcomed.
