And in addition to the core transactional work, you will also be given the opportunity to work on commercial contracts and other legal advisory matters. The client believes that the role is best suited to a qualified lawyer in the 4-7 PQE range (but applications from all levels will be considered on merit). You will be able to demonstrate an extensive track record of successfully working on M&A transactions. Previous in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
