- Monitor and interpret legal developments across banking, fintech, and data protection (e.g. UK GDPR)
- Support or lead ISO27001 and ISO9001 compliance activities, including audits and documentation
Key Skills:
- Qualified solicitor or legal professional with strong post-qualification experience
- Solid background in commercial contracts and legal risk management
- Experience working within or advising on compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in financial services, ISO standards, or fintech regulation (e.g. PRA, FCA) is a bonus

They're now looking for a Legal and Compliance Officer to take ownership of contract negotiations and support key compliance processes across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage legal risk, advise on regulatory matters, and help shape governance as the company scales. You'll be part of a collaborative, driven team with real influence on how things are run.
What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g. software licenses, NDAs, service contracts)
