Summary: Summer-Browning Associates is seeking a Legal Business Partner for a healthcare client for an initial six-month assignment, primarily remote with occasional visits to Leeds or Nottingham. Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our healthcare client, who is seeking a Legal Business Partner for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Predominately remote - Adhoc visits to Leeds, or Nottingham

About the role: You will be responsible for leading on complex legal matters, advising on procurement strategy, contract structures and contract management, while embedding legal considerations across its designated commercial category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Legal and Commercial support, with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience providing advice, support and guidance on tenders, contracts, procurements & business cases.
  • Experience of lead complex legal matters.
  • Knowledge of CCS or NHS frameworks
  • Knowledge of public procurement regulations (PCR2015, PA23, UCR2016 etc)
  • Hold a legal qualification (LLB or SQE) - Desirable
