Our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team handles a wide range of complex and high-value claims - including Claims Against Public Authorities and Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims - and is consistently recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for our specialist knowledge and client care. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, based in our Birmingham office, with hybrid working available. As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering justice and helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported. You will have experience working in a law firm or legal environment. Knowledge of personal injury and/or clinical negligence law. Excellent communication and listening skills, particularly in sensitive situations. A high attention to detail, IT proficiency, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
