Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support for data protection requests.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data protection requests, including data extraction and redaction of CCTV footage.
- Support solicitors within the Legal team to meet data protection deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Company and liaise with customers, employees, and external authorities.
- Manage own caseload with effective prioritization of tasks.
Key Skills:
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll provide essential technical and administrative support, ensuring that the Company meets its legal obligations in respect of data protection requests. You will deliver both end-to-end management and delivery of data protection requests, including removing and extracting data from systems, obtaining and redacting CCTV footage, as well as critical support to the solicitors within the Legal team to ensure that data protection deadlines are achieved. You will work closely with stakeholders in key departments across the Company, as well as regularly liaising with customers, employees, the Police, external solicitors and other authorities. We are looking for a candidate who has strong IT, people and communication skills and is comfortable dealing with multiple systems and processes. Prior experience with Microsoft eDiscovery and Premiere Pro/DaVinci video editing software is desirable but not required, provided that you have a willingness to learn and can quickly grasp new systems.
