The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the Legal Department and assisting the team in achieving its business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including financial-related tasks such as raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment matters.
  • Organise diaries, book rooms, arrange travel, and manage expenses.
  • Compile reports and support ad hoc document requests, including formatting, proofreading, and creating PowerPoint slide decks.
  • Organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences as required, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum HNC, ‘A’ level, NVQ3, Secretarial qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a legal environment is preferable.
  • Expertise in utilising MS Office and various databases, including typing, input, updating, and reporting.
  • Experience in dealing with internal company stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to liaise credibly and challenge appropriately, considering cultural differences.
