Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team including preparing, maintaining and updating legal documentation, online filing, processing signatures and managing document databases
- Supporting with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Handling non-disclosure agreements
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- General proofreading of internal and external documents
- Completing requests for work to be delivered through online systems
Key Skills:
- Strong administrative experience, preferably from a legal background
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good research and analysis skills
