Summary: The role of Legal Administration Assistant involves providing essential administrative support to the legal department of a business in Gateshead on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team including preparing, maintaining and updating legal documentation, online filing, processing signatures and managing document databases
  • Supporting with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Handling non-disclosure agreements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • General proofreading of internal and external documents
  • Completing requests for work to be delivered through online systems

Key Skills:

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably from a legal background
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good research and analysis skills
