Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business and technical requirements to design and implement effective network solutions.
  • Producing high-quality technical documentation, ensuring designs pass governance reviews.
  • Providing hands-on configuration and implementation support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Troubleshooting network issues and ensuring smooth transition to operational teams.
  • Implementing security measures, including encryption, authentication, and secure routing protocols.
  • Managing Legacy network environments, including circuit-switched networks, point-to-point connectivity, and TDM multiplexers.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Legacy networking technologies, including TDM, SDH, WDM, ATM, and Frame-Relay.
  • Experience designing and implementing TDM networks, including synchronization techniques.
  • Strong hands-on skills in configuring and managing routers, switches, and network devices for both point-to-point and packet-switched networks.
  • Experience implementing QoS to optimize bandwidth and support Real Time applications like VoIP.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Excellent documentation and design experience, producing detailed technical collateral for implementation and support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
