Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaseholders and provide expert advice on service charges and major works.
  • Monitor and manage approximately 1,000 leasehold service charge accounts.
  • Investigate and respond to leaseholders' queries regarding service charges.
  • Perform credit control functions related to residential leasehold service charge debt.
  • Calculate and process service charge reductions in accordance with legislation and court decisions.
  • Manage service charge accounts from issuance to collection, including payment arrangements and dispute resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries concerning leases and leasehold management.
