Lease Extension Sales Consultant

Summary: The Lease Extension Sales Consultant at KFH will be responsible for offering lease extension services and supporting conveyancing services within the sales team in Wimbledon. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all lease extension leads are contacted and quoted in a timely manner.
• Handle conveyancing referrals from the branch network, qualifying, quoting, and converting them into clients.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with the KFH network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
• Problem solve any client and colleague issues.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on leasehold reforms and conveyancing processes.
