Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expertise for learning platforms including various Learner Management Systems and assessment platforms.
- Supporting the LMS Technologist with operations and configurations.
- Working with stakeholders to improve and expand products and offerings.
- Assisting with integrations, upgrades, and regression testing.
- Supporting ACCA staff on using the systems and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience with Learning Management Systems, eLearning Authoring Tools, and Assessment Platforms.
- Technical understanding of SCORM and xAPI.
- Inquisitive and adept at problem-solving with various learning technologies.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and possess strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

The Job
Reporting to the Technology & Delivery Lead on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Providing expertise for our learning platforms including different Learner Management Systems, study and assessment platforms
- Supporting the LMS Technologist with operations and configurations
- Working with stakeholders to improve and expand our products and offerings
- Assisting with integrations, upgrades and regression testing
- Supporting ACCA staff on using the systems and best practices
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience in working with Learning Management Systems, eLearning Authoring Tools, Assessment Platforms.
- Technical understanding in SCORM and xAPI.
- Inquisitive and adept at problem-solving using both familiar and unfamiliar learning technologies.
- Able to work with minimal supervision - strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to ensure service levels are met
- Good communicator that's able to work well as part of a team.
