Summary: The Learning Strategy Project Manager will oversee the rollout of a major transformational program in Learning and Development (L&D) within the Pharma/Medical Training/Healthcare sector. This role requires managing international scope L&D projects and effective communication with Senior Medical Stakeholders. The position is available on a fully remote or hybrid basis across the UK or Ireland for a contract length of 6 months, renewable. Candidates must possess senior project management experience in the relevant sector.

Job Title: Learning Strategy Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid – can be based anywhere in UK or Ireland

Pay Rate/Salary: €525 per day

Requirement's

  • Must have both L&D Senior Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • Must be from the Pharma / Medical Training / Healthcare sector.
  • Major Methodology Transformation Program being rolled out across all the L&D activities.
  • Need contractors with the experience of managing international scope L&D projects within the medical/pharmaceutical world.
  • They will be responsible for leading projects on the rollout of a major transformational program – a NEW Training Methodology.
  • Experience to communicate effectively with Senior Medical Stakeholders.
