Summary: The Learning Experience Designer will lead the digital design vision for learning experiences, focusing on innovative solutions that address knowledge and skill gaps. This role involves managing branding, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring high-quality content delivery aligned with the Learning & Development strategy. The designer will also be responsible for continuous innovation and improvement of learning experiences while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for Talent Development digital content.
  • Ensure all solutions prioritize learner experience and are measured for impact.
  • Liaise with departments to support business growth and address new challenges.
  • Drive continuous innovation and lead creative capabilities within the team.
  • Research, design, and develop diverse learning experiences catering to various abilities.
  • Develop and review standards, processes, and tools for effective learning experiences.
  • Continuously improve learning experiences to meet expectations and remain innovative.
  • Stay updated on new learning technologies and benchmark internal practices.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and implement new technologies for business impact.
  • Manage content and digital design of external vendor partnerships, including budget responsibilities.
