The Role
Reporting to the Development Manager (Talent & Leadership), the Development Specialist will be responsible for facilitating and designing a range of leadership and management development interventions, supporting organisational capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering engaging virtual and face-to-face leadership and management development programmes.
- Facilitating leadership webinars, aspiring manager programmes and capability-building workshops.
- Leading team effectiveness sessions that strengthen collaboration, communication and performance.
- Creating inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation and practical application.
- Designing and developing innovative learning resources, workshops and supporting materials.
- Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop impactful solutions.
- Contributing to wider talent and leadership initiatives across the organisation.
- Evaluating programme effectiveness through learner feedback and participation data to drive continuous improvement.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilitator and learning professional with a proven track record of delivering engaging leadership development programmes and creating high-quality learning solutions.
Applicants Should Possess
- Insights Discovery Accreditation.
- Experience facilitating both virtual and face-to-face workshops and webinars.
- Experience designing and developing learning content and workshop materials.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Experience evaluating learning interventions and using feedback to improve outcomes.
- A coaching qualification or experience applying coaching methodologies.
