In this role, you'll design and continuously improve a wide range of learning programmes-from induction and mandatory training to management development, coaching, talent programmes, and self-serve training for couriers and agency workers.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Learning Designer, you'll be at the heart of the learning transformation, responsible for:
