Summary: The Learning Content Developer at Orbit plays a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for colleagues by creating engaging digital and face-to-face learning solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to develop innovative learning content and project management from inception to implementation. This is a fixed-term contract position expected to last until March 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce engaging digital and face-to-face learning solutions.
• Take creative responsibility for blended learning projects and content delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to recommend and develop creative digital and blended learning solutions.
• Provide advice and guidance on learning content practices and approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create storyboards and deliver projects on time.
• Ensure digital and blended learning content is up to date and compliant with sector demands.
• Collect, review, and analyze feedback to improve content and design.
• Support delivery on learning and development projects with other team members.
• Project manage learning concepts from inception through to implementation.

Key Skills:

• Competent in the creation of digital learning content.
• Experienced with learning creation tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Suite.
• Proven learning design and delivery experience in a blended learning capacity.
• Creative digital design and delivery skills in content creation and development.
• Knowledge of digital learning models and methods.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Working knowledge of LXP and LMS systems (desirable).
• Video and audio creation and editing skills (desirable).
