Summary: We are looking for a Learning Architect to design and develop a user-centric learning system with a modern front-end interface for a digital learning platform focused on energy transition in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define system architecture and integrate with enterprise platforms (e.g., HRIS, LMS, SCORM/xAPI engines).
  • Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and IT to align learning needs with system functionality.
  • Ensure the front-end design is intuitive, responsive, and accessible across devices and geographies.
  • Manage selection and configuration of third-party tools or platforms if applicable.
  • Implement gamification, tracking dashboards, and personalized learning paths to drive engagement.
  • Oversee testing, piloting, and iteration of the system before full-scale deployment.
  • Establish governance models, user permissions, and data security protocols aligned with industry standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Learning Architect, UX Designer, or Digital Learning Consultant within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital pedagogy.
  • Demonstrable experience designing learning systems or platforms, ideally in an oil & gas, utilities, or engineering environment.
  • Skilled in UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Axure), with a portfolio of learner-centric designs.
