Summary: The role of Workday Learning and Development Specialist involves developing and maintaining Workday system process maps, supporting the implementation of the Workday product, and maximizing the value of Workday reports. This hybrid position requires frequent travel to London and is classified as inside IR35 for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Talent and L&D processes, along with experience in developing training for Workday products. Synapri are working with a major finnancial institution to hire a Workday Learning and Development Specialist. The role will be a Hyrbid role with frequent travel to London. It is an Inside IR35 contract position of an initial 6-month duration with extension extremely likely. This role is paying around £350-£400pd. The key deliverables for this role are:
