Summary: The Learning and Development Specialist will focus on creating and delivering educational materials and training programs to enhance Service Management processes within the organization. This role involves developing engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to align educational initiatives with organizational goals. The position requires a strong background in Service Management education and a commitment to continuous improvement. The contract is for six months, with a requirement to be on-site two days a week in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop educational materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules to support Service Management processes.
- Facilitate webinars and courses to help employees understand Service Management concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Customize educational content to meet the specific needs of different teams and job roles.
- Provide ongoing support to employees transitioning to Service Management processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Service Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align educational initiatives with organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Service Management education and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in animation/video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, Storyline 360).
- Experience with ServiceNow tools and advanced modules.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent in IT Service Management is highly desirable.
