Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and embed actions that drive a high-performing colleague experience in performance management, leadership, and talent.
• Act as a subject matter expert in performance management and leadership development.
• Design and deliver programs to support leaders and colleagues in aligning performance management with organizational strategy.
• Conduct performance data analysis and MI reporting to identify trends and leadership development needs.
• Collaborate with the Reward team to align performance management practices with Reward policies.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and create tools/resources for performance management and talent development.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive performance through learning initiatives.
