LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (INTERIM) Contract details

  • Location: Can be based out of London / Edinburgh (hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
  • Some international travel may be required

We are supporting a large publicly listed multinational organisation on the appointment of a senior Leadership Development specialist to join on a 9-month PAYE day-rate contract. This role sits within a global leadership and talent function at a time of significant investment in leadership capability across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing leadership development initiatives within a complex international environment. Working closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, the role will focus on designing leadership programmes and ensuring they are successfully embedded across a global organisation.

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • strong leadership development expertise at Head or Director level
  • experience designing and implementing leadership programmes at scale
  • the ability to operate effectively within large, complex matrix organisations
  • a practical, hands-on approach to execution in a fast-moving environment
  • strong stakeholder management across senior leadership populations

Candidates will typically have operated within FTSE / Fortune 500 scale organisations and will ideally bring experience from retail, consumer or FMCG environments.
