Summary: The Lead UX Researcher will play a crucial role in a high-impact discovery project aimed at enhancing client experiences during complex product implementations. This strategic position involves investigating the client implementation journey, identifying pain points, and providing actionable insights to improve satisfaction and delivery. The role requires a blend of user research expertise and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on B2B environments. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research into the end-to-end client implementation journey
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem maps
- Deliver clear, strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of research direction
Key Skills:
- Minimum 6–7 years’ experience in UX research, with significant B2B exposure
- Background in service design or UX research for service design projects
- Comfortable working with complex processes and multi-stakeholder environments
- Skilled in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and process analysis
- Confident facilitating cross-functional workshops
- Able to manage senior stakeholders and present findings at a strategic level
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving mindset

This is a strategic role where you will investigate how clients experience a 9–12 month implementation process, mapping service touchpoints, identifying pain points, and uncovering opportunities to improve both client satisfaction and internal delivery.
