Summary: Expleo is looking for Lead UI and UX Designers to enhance the digital experience for a prestigious automotive client in Warwickshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand principles into seamless user experiences across digital interfaces.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and legally compliant.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Support content delivery timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Interpret creative direction and apply it across visual interfaces.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guides, and components.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and iterate based on feedback.
- Align with UX and BI system design for a cohesive digital experience.
- Coordinate with programme and business operations teams.
Key Skills:
- Proven UX design process experience in both agency and corporate settings.
- Experience delivering robust UX solutions.
- Knowledge of legal, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Automotive design experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, etc.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Lead UX Designer , you will shape the digital experience of our vehicles, ensuring it aligns with brand principles and delivers intuitive, user-centric solutions. As a Lead UI Designer , you will bring the brand’s creative vision to life across digital interfaces, ensuring a visually engaging and cohesive user experience. You’ll work in close collaboration as a design pair (UI & UX), alongside software developers, programme managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready HMI and UI systems.
