Summary: The Lead Test Engineer will spearhead QA delivery for a new greenfield platform, ensuring quality and predictability in a dynamic multi-team engineering environment. This role involves owning test strategies, release planning, and cross-team coordination for a significant product utilized across the UK and Europe. The position offers the opportunity to influence quality across several squads and engage in exploratory testing while promoting automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of QA best practices.

A brand-new greenfield platform is being built from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Lead QA who can bring structure, predictability, and quality to a fast-moving multi-team engineering environment. You’ll be the heartbeat of quality across several squads, owning release planning, test strategy, and cross-team alignment for a major next-generation product used across the UK and Europe.
