Summary: The Lead Test Engineer role involves leading a team of QA Engineers, focusing on stakeholder management and technical excellence in automation frameworks. Experience with senior stakeholders and security clearance is preferred due to the urgency of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA Engineers.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Analyze, review, and recommend changes to existing automation frameworks.
- Recommend new frameworks and tools to senior technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate understanding of both Back End and Front End automation frameworks.
- Discuss technical choices made in automation frameworks.
- Drive technical excellence across QA Engineering teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders regarding project developments.
Key Skills:
- Experience leading QA teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Java.
- SQL skills.
- Understanding of automation frameworks.
- Ability to recommend and discuss technical tools and frameworks.
- Experience with security clearance processes.
