Summary: The Lead Test Engineer role involves leading a team of QA Engineers, focusing on stakeholder management and technical excellence in automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA Engineers.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Analyze, review, and recommend changes to existing automation frameworks.
- Recommend new frameworks and tools to senior technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate understanding of both Back End and Front End automation frameworks.
- Discuss technical choices made in automation frameworks.
- Drive technical excellence across QA Engineering teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders regarding project developments.
Key Skills:
