- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation or migration programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across multiple infrastructure and application domains.
- Track record of driving delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to operate confidently with senior technology and executive stakeholders.
- Strong risk, dependency and issue management experience.
