Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team, ensuring best practices and technical excellence
- Architect and build cloud-native applications using .NET 8, AWS, Docker, and Terraform
- Promote and implement CI/CD, TDD, and DevOps methodologies to streamline deployments
- Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to shape technical strategy
- Solve complex engineering challenges to enhance performance, resilience, and maintainability
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading development teams in an agile environment
- Hands-on expertise in .NET 8, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and microservices
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerisation, and DevOps tooling
