Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Build complex, reusable data models to support both Real Time operational reporting and strategic analytics.
  • Lead the integration of data from SAP (eg, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and non-SAP sources (eg, APIs, third-party tools, cloud platforms) into SAC.
  • Develop and fine-tune data pipelines and SAC queries/dashboards for optimal performance in both Real Time and batch use cases.
  • Work with stakeholders (Product Owners, Data CoE, Architects) to convert business EPICs into technical analytics designs and data products.
  • Stay current with SAC releases and innovations, evaluating their relevance and proposing enhancements to the analytics landscape.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SAC including story building, data modelling, security, and administration.
  • Proficient with SAP Data Services, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP HANA, and the SAP Cloud Platform.

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to join one of the world's leading consultancies on an initial six-month contract. In this hybrid role (three days per week onsite in Watford), you will lead the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud. You will work closely with internal engineering teams, Product Owners, DevOps, cybersecurity, risk management, and external SAP partners to deliver advanced data visualisations, integrated analytics, and governance frameworks. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making and aligning analytics strategy with the organisation's digital transformation goals.
