Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Quality department.
- Compilation of detailed ISIRs (Initial Sample Inspection Reports).
- Managing 1 inspector with potential to grow the team in the future.
- Inspecting fuel system components.
- Using a range of metrology equipment, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
- Identifying and investigating all non-conforming parts, including preparing NCRs.
- Overall control for all inspection of parts received from suppliers.
- Working closely with the production and R&D teams to streamline processes.
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience in Inspection.
- Experience in mentoring/supporting junior colleagues.
- Experience using a variety of metrology equipment.
- QC focused, with a hands-on inspection approach.
- Knowledge/Experience of fuel systems is advantageous.

This is a great opportunity to join a niche company based in Wiltshire, you will be leading their Quality department. You will remain hands on with Inspections, using a variety of metrology equipment, whilst doing the reporting side aswell.
The Role

- Knowledge/Experience of fuel systems would be advantageous.
