Summary: TrueNorth is seeking a QA Lead / Test Manager for an immediate contract role within a successful tech consultancy focused on the public sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-profile projects and overseeing end-to-end testing processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with SC clearance or eligibility for it. The role is classified as inside IR35 with a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end testing processes.
  • Lead SIT, E2E, and UAT testing efforts.
  • Coordinate UAT activities and monitor test execution.
  • Conduct defect triage during UAT test execution window.
  • Provide weekly and daily test progress reports.

TrueNorth are working with a successful tech consultancy who work heavily in the public sector - we're looking for a QA Lead / Test Manager for an immediate contract role.

Key skills: Test Lead or Test Manager with gov experience. Must have experience delivering high profile projects, ideally over £1 million in budget. Able to oversee E2E testing, with experience in leading SIT/E2E/UAT. Excellent comms & stakeholder management skills.

  • UAT co-ordination
  • Monitoring UAT test execution
  • Defect Triage during UAT Test execution window
  • Weekly/ Daily Test progress report

The roles are inside IR35 and have a rate of £450-500 per day. Given the urgency of the roles and projects, we do need everyone to be available either immediately or with circa 1 weeks notice - it is also essential that you are SC Cleared or are eligible for SC clearance.
