- Identify, log, track, and manage defects with internal and external stakeholders using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Work collaboratively within agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Own and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test reporting
- Prioritise and reprioritise testing activity in line with delivery timelines and changing requirements
- Support continuous improvement of QA practices across teams and departments
