Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Architecture, design, development, and maintenance of Tosca test automation frameworks tailored for Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Drive Tosca model-based testing, modular test design, and reusable component libraries to enable robust and scalable automation.
  • Leverage Oracle-specific Tosca accelerators to optimize automation speed, accuracy, and maintainability.
  • Ensure effective integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), covering both per-commit and nightly executions.
  • Guide the team in developing resilient, self-healing scripts compatible with Redwood UX and quarterly Oracle updates.
  • Oversee test data strategy for synthetic data generation, GDPR compliance, and test reusability.
  • Implement test traceability by mapping test cases to Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and business processes.
  • Promote and enforce Tosca best practices: version control, test data management, test case design, and virtualization.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with agile sprint planning and release goals.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Tosca: model-based testing, test case design, test data management, and business component reuse.

Role Overview We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to take ownership of Tosca-based test automation strategy and execution across our Oracle Fusion application landscape. This is a leadership role within a large-scale digital transformation program where you will guide QA automation initiatives, lead a team of automation engineers, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions.
