Summary: The Lead Project Manager role at Trevett Services involves overseeing Lifecycle Project Managers within a key healthcare contract in Birmingham. The position requires full accountability for Profit & Loss related to lifecycle works and entails building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring project delivery aligns with contractual requirements. The successful candidate will refine project delivery models and manage a diverse team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Profit & Loss responsibility for all lifecycle works
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the lifecycle team to ensure all work is carried out on time & to budget
  • Support all phases of the lifecycle contract, from initial annual surveys to delivery of all packages
  • Support the HOP with processes and governance across the site
  • Refine the project delivery model to optimize resources and approach for each project
  • Monitor and communicate project financial performance
  • Oversee and support the team to coordinate operatives and suppliers efficiently
  • Act as a point of contact for the team, managing relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and service providers
  • Ensure all drawings, specifications, and tender documents are prepared as necessary

Key Skills:

  • Proven background in FM, maintenance delivery, and the PFI environment
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness
  • Understanding of Local Authority legislation, Planning Applications, Fire and Building Regulations Approvals
  • Knowledge of building and engineering services design and associated British Standards
  • Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and Construction Design and Management Regulations
  • Understanding of technical and estates and building issues in construction, maintenance, and FM services
  • HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a building or engineering discipline
  • Considerable experience in the public and/or private sector managing small works within a large and complex estate
