This role directly works directly to support the Lead Schedule Manager, within the Programme Operations core function of the GCAP Electronics Evolution (G2E) Domain Project Management Office (DPMO). Line Management responsibility remains with UK GCAP Programme Controls Manager.
The Schedule Management team directly supports the Programme Operation Manager in developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules (including Domain Master Schedule management), ensuring alignment with program objectives and contractual deadlines. They will monitor schedule performance, identify risks and opportunities, and facilitate informed decision-making across the Consortium.
Programme Operations covers activities related to the domain/programme operational planning and performance measurement. This will ensure the programme performance can be effectively measured, risk/opportunity are identified and mitigated/exploited and that logistical challenges of the programme are minimised.
The Schedule Manager will hold a responsibility to:
