Summary: The Lead Program Manager will oversee large-scale technology rollouts and manage change impacts across global IT and business teams. This role requires experience in managing significant budgets and leading blended teams across multiple regions. Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing IT landscapes and prior exposure to AstraZeneca is preferred. Candidates must be flexible with time zones and capable of leading distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce program controls (stage gates, baselines, risk/issue management, and benefits realization).
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee preparation and vendor/PMO alignment.
- Drive delivery discipline and ensure timely escalation of issues with clear resolution options.
- Coordinate global deployment waves, including readiness, adoption, and training.
- Manage VP-level stakeholders and create decision-ready reporting packs.
