Summary: The Lead Program Manager will oversee large-scale technology rollouts and manage change impacts across global IT and business teams. This role requires experience in managing significant budgets and leading blended teams across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce program controls (stage gates, baselines, risk/issue management, and benefits realization).
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee preparation and vendor/PMO alignment.
- Drive delivery discipline and ensure timely escalation of issues with clear resolution options.
- Coordinate global deployment waves, including readiness, adoption, and training.
- Manage VP-level stakeholders and create decision-ready reporting packs.
