Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and maintaining the product vision and roadmap aligned with cross-government hosting strategy.
- Managing the product backlog, prioritising features based on strategic importance and business value.
- Leading a product team of up to 20 people, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Engaging with stakeholders across technical teams, leadership, and government partners.
- Overseeing financial and governance reporting under scrutiny.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic product ownership and roadmap development.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital hosting environments at SECRET level.
- Expertise in Agile product delivery, backlog management, and prioritisation.
- Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
- Certifications in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management (MSP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and Government Service Standard.
- Knowledge of relevant tech stacks.
