Essential experience
- Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager who can hit the ground running
- Lead a team of Product Managers showing what good looks like
- Ability to inherit, decipher and deliver an existing roadmap in Jira
- Strong systems thinking and delivery focus
- Confidence improving process, workflows and team ways of working where needed
- Experience in UX/UI-led product environments
- Ability to bring clarity, context and prioritisation to ambiguous workstreams
9 month contract with Hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site in Sheffield
