Summary: The Lead System Manager (SAP SuccessFactors) role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the public sector, focused on leading a significant People Systems Project aimed at modernizing systems and enhancing data efficiency. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders while ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, using a range of Agile methodologies to confidently drive delivery and foster strong collaboration.
  • Develop an expert understanding of user needs and champion these in the delivery of improved establishment control governance, processes, and data.
  • Engage with users and stakeholders, managing priorities while supporting key business change initiatives.
  • Create and implement a clear strategy and roadmap for establishment control, contributing to broader organisational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of the People Systems Project (Phase 2), ensuring progress aligns with the overall vision, budget, and timeline.
  • Build strong networks across stakeholders, particularly those impacted by changes in processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team of professionals, sharing your expertise and supporting growth.

Key Skills:

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, ideally with direct experience managing implementations or optimising existing modules.
  • Proven experience leading workstreams, delivering against tight timelines while managing competing priorities.
  • Confident use and application of Agile methodologies to successfully manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Exposure to Business Change and its successful delivery within complex organisations (desirable).
  • Track record of driving best practice implementations with SAP, ensuring systems deliver maximum benefit across business functions (desirable).

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead System Manager to join our public sector client on a 12-month fixed-term contract (until the end of July 2026). This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day a week onsite. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a significant People Systems Project during a period of major focus on modernising systems and delivering real value through data and process efficiency.
