Lead Product Manager

*OUTSIDE OF IR35 - £600-£700 PER DAY* I'm working with an Edtech client seeking a Lead Product Manager to report to the Head of Product Management. You will lead the delivery of a new Learning management system, Learning Reporting systems and multiple peripheral systems, which underpin the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You will be accountable for the definition, delivery, operational performance and support of the learning platforms and their associated user experience and efficiency targets. Collaborating closely with your peers in Engineering, Product Design & Data, you will help my client transform to become more learner-centred, design- and data-informed, to build products that meet and exceed our users’ needs across our education ecosystem. Experience leading a product within a cross-functional delivery team. You are driven by delivering measurable value to customers Agile software development and product discovery methodologies. You have experience defining solutions based on a methodical and data-driven approach. Highly collaborative approach to product development, both with business stakeholders and colleagues in technology Experience of managing and influencing cross-functional groups, driving alignment and consensus with stakeholders for your product area Obsession with learning.
