Summary: The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the product strategy for customer sales journeys across digital and telephony channels within a large, regulated organization. This role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders and leading Product Managers to enhance customer experience and commercial performance. The position is a 6-month contract based in either Hampshire or London, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role is classified as outside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £550-600.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers within a cross-functional Agile environment.
- Improve digital and telephony customer journeys using data and customer insight.
- Prioritise product investment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture and Delivery teams to successfully deliver product initiatives.
- Champion SAFe Agile ways of working and effective PI Planning.
- Use AI tools to improve product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager, Head of Product or Senior Product Leader.
- Experience delivering digital and/or telephony customer journeys.
