Summary: The role involves two Product Managers for a global tech company focused on transitioning to outcome-based product delivery. The Lead Product Manager will define measurable outcomes and influence teams towards customer-centric solutions, while the Product Manager will own customer outcomes and drive discovery processes. Both positions are contract-based for six months and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

2 x Product Managers | Global Tech for Good Company SaaS | 6-month contracts (Inside IR35) I'm recruiting for a mission-driven global software company transitioning from output to outcome-based product delivery. Leading the shift from feature factories to genuine product discovery and impact measurement. You'll embed outcome-focused ways of working, help teams move from roadmaps of features to solving real customer and business problems, and prove the value of product thinking in a transforming organisation.

Role 1: Lead Product Manager £800 a day Inside IR35 - Track record of defining and delivering against measurable outcomes in a contemporary tech SaaS business. Experience running discovery, experimentation, and validation loops in product-led environments Fintech and Payment Gateway experience Ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders on outcome vs. output thinking Comfortable with implementing OKRs, North Star metrics, or similar outcome frameworks

Role 2: Product Manager - £600 a day Inside IR35 Demonstrated experience owning customer and business outcomes end-to-end in a contemporary SaaS tech business. Strong discovery skills—comfortable with customer research, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative delivery Ability to measure impact and communicate value beyond "we shipped X" Skilled at shifting stakeholder conversations to "solving customer-led problems"
