- Interact with customers to understand requirements and collaborate with mechanical and design engineers.

- Conduct in-service reliability tracking and investigations.
- Review non-conforming materials and manage production modifications.
- Handle obsolescence management.
- Develop methods and processes for task execution.
- Design and lead the development of different modules and release processes.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines.
