Summary: The role of Lead PMO involves joining a not-for-profit organization in Worcester on a contract basis to oversee the implementation of a new PPM tool and enhance PMO processes. I'm working with a not-for-profit organisation in Worcester that is about to kick off a major programme of work and is looking for an experienced Lead PMO to join them on a contract basis.

The organisation is in the process of selecting and implementing a new PPM tool, with Planview currently a front-runner. As a result, they're looking for someone with strong, hands-on PMO expertise and solid knowledge of PPM systems. Experience with Planview-or similar tools-would be a real advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mature PMO processes, governance and reporting
