Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 3rd line support for production databases, ensuring 24x7 availability and rapid incident resolution.
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular DR drills.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and provide long-term fixes.
- Optimize database performance through AWR analysis, SQL tuning, and resource monitoring.
- Manage database upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine DBA tasks and monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DBAs and support teams.
Key Skills:
- 8-13 years of experience in Oracle DBA with RAC, DataGuard, Performance tuning, and Security.
