Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the existing LAN/WAN infrastructure and manage Office Moves and Changes.
  • Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure using Cisco Campus Networking 9300 series and Cisco Nexus switches.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Prisma Access firewall policies for secure access to applications and data.
  • Implement and manage VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions to optimize network performance across multiple locations.

Key Skills:

  • Relevant Azure and Cisco qualifications.
  • Palo, VMWare Velo, Fortigate certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
  • HLD / LLD documentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud stack.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Azure.

Salary (Rate): £90,000.00 yearly

Lead Network Engineer London 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £90k + benefits (holiday, pension etc) Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in office We’re hiring a Lead Networking Engineer for a 12-month contract with a global organisation based in London. This role is central to a major transformation programme, focusing on modernising the company’s networking infrastructure and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the existing LAN/WAN infrastructure as well as working on projects to maintain our LAN/WAN and Office Moves and Changes
  • Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure using Cisco Campus Networking 9300 series and Cisco Nexus switches.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Prisma Access firewall policies to ensure secure access to critical applications and data.
  • Implement and manage VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions to optimise network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across multiple locations.

Experience:

  • Relevant Azure and Cisco qualifications
  • Palo, VMWare Velo, Fortigate certification preferred.
  • 5 years plus experience
  • HLD / LLD Documentation skills
