Lead .NET Developer - C# .NET ASP.NET - 6 months - London - Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developers to support the development, enhancement and maintenance of digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain web applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET.
• Lead development teams in delivering new applications and improvements to existing systems.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver packages of development work to agreed requirements and deadlines.
• Write clean, reliable and maintainable code, following good software development practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions and continuously improve application performance, quality and maintainability.

Essential Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications using ASP.NET.
• Proven experience leading a development team and delivering packages of technical work.
• Experience delivering new applications and/or enhancing existing applications.
• Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and demonstrate practical development skills.
