About the Role:
Join Qualient Technology Solutions and contribute to a Public Sector Large-Scale Program as a Lead Java Developer. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive innovative solutions in a secure environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA (Hibernate), REST/SOAP Web Services
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud hosting and services (EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB)
- Proficient with SQL Databases (PostgreSQL/Aurora)
- Expertise in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, ActiveMQ, Jenkins, Maven, Agile (Scrum), TDD
- Proven track record in large-scale Spring-based projects and public sector experience
- Active SC and NPPV Clearance is mandatory
Desirable Skills:
- AWS DevOps and Spring Cloud expertise
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and Postfix
- Background in risk management and building high-performing teams
