Summary: The Lead Internal Auditor will oversee and execute audit activities, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls across various audit engagements. The successful candidate will support the annual audit plan and build relationships with stakeholders to promote the internal audit function. This position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across assigned audit engagements.
• Support the delivery of the annual audit plan in alignment with the Internal Audit methodology.
• Implement business insights into audit scoping for adequate assurance to the Board and Audit Committee.
• Deliver audit activities to agreed time, quality, budget, and performance indicators.
• Develop constructive relationships with stakeholders to achieve audit plan delivery.
• Liaise with other assurance providers for efficient assurance or advisory services.
• Provide insights on new developments to the Audit Manager to impact the audit plan.
